Tomorrow is Parkrun 5k full bore attempt. It’s been a while since I’ve had a full effort blast on The Wammy. My best is 18:25 from 2019. Strangely, although 4 years ago, I feel in better shape now than back then. But that perception may be wrong! Conditions look ok. I’ve had an easy week and no reason to be slow 🤔. The only blocker is my terminal velocity limiter. I need a sub-3:40 pace and I’m not sure I can sustain that.
