Today is 16 Oct 22. Time to review the purpose of this Blog - again! It is 2 years since the last review. 🤕 2022 was shaping up well and I was on track for a decent middle distance Duathlon race. Then COVID hit me! I tried to salvage the race season but never felt strong or healthy. Looking to 2023 now and focussing on being healthy and some sprint Duathlon racing mixed with some bike TT fun on the Canyon CF

Swim Fatigue
Man, my swim session wiped me out this morning:
400 warm up 4 x 25 extended kick speed
4 x (4 x 50m on 45 sec, 100m EZ) 2 min RI between sets
2 x 300m as 50scull/50 pull push/50 pull
100 EZ
Really had to work on NOT making the 4 x 50m set a continuous 200m effort!

Ease up buddy, relax and chill. Rest. (I would say rest more but that would imply that you were already taking some rest, but I'm not sure you are).
