Today is 16 Oct 22. Time to review the purpose of this Blog - again! It is 2 years since the last review. 🤕 2022 was shaping up well and I was on track for a decent middle distance Duathlon race. Then COVID hit me! I tried to salvage the race season but never felt strong or healthy. Looking to 2023 now and focussing on being healthy and some sprint Duathlon racing mixed with some bike TT fun on the Canyon CF

Mental Probs?!
Decided not to bore everyone with this non-triathlon related junk!! Hence blog entry deleted. Onwards and upwards!!
whoooo far too heavy for you dude! get youself on the turbo and give yourself the thrashing you deserve; enjoy it, throw-up, smile and you know you will feel better for it. i will ring nxt week and try to sort a swim session. It could be worse you could have all that AND be a Leeds fan!

Don't worry. Not reached fruitcake status just yet! Dr B's advice sounds good to me 8-)
It just dawned on me this isn't the blog for sensible advice so I've taken it off!
