Today is 2 Sep 23 - yup, birthday time again. My present to myself this year is a sose of COVID
Darn it; this will deinately mess up my race plans for end of season. It's Newcastle 10k next Sunday. Then the Autumn Darley Moor Duathlon on 17 Sep 23. Finally, I had planned to race the Knutsford 10k on 1 Oct 23. All these events are now looking very doubtful. I guess I just need to reset for next year earlier than planned.

Today is 16 Oct 22. Time to review the purpose of this Blog - again! It is 2 years since the last review. 🤕 2022 was shaping up well and I was on track for a decent middle distance Duathlon race. Then COVID hit me! I tried to salvage the race season but never felt strong or healthy. Looking to 2023 now and focussing on being healthy and some sprint Duathlon racing mixed with some bike TT fun on the Canyon CF
