Today is 16 Oct 22. Time to review the purpose of this Blog - again! It is 2 years since the last review. 🤕 2022 was shaping up well and I was on track for a decent middle distance Duathlon race. Then COVID hit me! I tried to salvage the race season but never felt strong or healthy. Looking to 2023 now and focussing on being healthy and some sprint Duathlon racing mixed with some bike TT fun on the Canyon CF

Moving Chaos

Movng house. No training. Utterly pooped. Lack of sleep. Bring back normality please. . . . If there is such a thing!

Write "Moving House and tidying up" in your training diary for the next 2 weeks (at least). You will then not feel that you are missing out and mentally things move on. Don't dwell on it buddy, we've all been there. Score domestic points and you'll be thrashing up the Cheddar Gorge in no time. Or should that be "I will be thrashing you up the Cheddar Gorge in May!"
