Today is 16 Oct 22. Time to review the purpose of this Blog - again! It is 2 years since the last review. 🤕 2022 was shaping up well and I was on track for a decent middle distance Duathlon race. Then COVID hit me! I tried to salvage the race season but never felt strong or healthy. Looking to 2023 now and focussing on being healthy and some sprint Duathlon racing mixed with some bike TT fun on the Canyon CF

Kit Stuff!

 Random update on kit I like:

Nike Alphafly 1 bargain under £100!  Not many of these rare version left to buy now but these are thought to be the best version of the original super shoes. Crazy prices if you commit to full price. 



Ben Parkes Legend run cap. An awesome cap for running. Well ventilated and incredibly lightweight



Off to the European Duathlon Champs representing the GB Age Group team in June 😎. Need the official kit and thanks to my great employer Leidos for some sponsorship by assisting with recent entry ands kit purchase!
